Exporters के लिए DGFT का Open API: Certificate of Origin अब ERP से सीधे apply किया जा सकेगा
नई facility preferential और non-preferential दोनों Certificates of Origin को cover करती है और repetitive data entry कम करने के लिए business software को Trade Connect platform से जोड़ती है।
Directorate General of Foreign Trade ने Trade Connect e-Platform पर Certificate of Origin यानी CoO के लिए Open API facility शुरू की है। इसका मतलब eligible exporters अपने ERP, accounting या दूसरे business software से CoO application data सीधे DGFT system में भेज सकेंगे।
इससे क्या बदलेगा?
अभी exporters को कई बार वही data अपने internal software और DGFT portal दोनों जगह अलग-अलग भरना पड़ता है। Open API repetitive data entry कम करने, errors घटाने और application process तेज करने के लिए बनाया गया है।
कौन-से certificates cover होंगे?
Facility preferential और non-preferential दोनों CoO को support करती है। Preferential CoO FTAs और trade agreements के तहत tariff concession claim करने में काम आता है, जबकि non-preferential certificate customs और दूसरे trade-compliance purposes में इस्तेमाल होता है।
Security कैसे handle होगी?
DGFT के मुताबिक requests और responses digitally signed होंगे, access whitelisted IP addresses तक सीमित रहेगा और authentication तथा certificate verification के लिए अलग APIs उपलब्ध हैं।
कारोबार के लिए क्यों अहम?
यह glamorous policy announcement नहीं है, लेकिन export operations में compliance friction कम कर सकता है। असली असर इस बात से दिखेगा कि large exporters के साथ MSMEs और their software vendors इसे कितनी तेजी से integrate करते हैं।
