Brent $107 के पार: Saudi pipeline और Hormuz attacks ने oil supply risk फिर बढ़ाया
Middle East में नए attacks के बाद Brent और WTI दोनों 3% से ज्यादा उछले। Shipping routes और Saudi East-West pipeline पर दबाव global energy market का नया risk है।
Global oil prices सोमवार को फिर तेज़ उछले। Reuters के मुताबिक Brent crude लगभग 3% बढ़कर $107 per barrel के ऊपर पहुंचा, जबकि WTI भी $103 के आसपास रहा।
Fresh rally की वजह Saudi Arabia की East-West pipeline पर drone attack, Strait of Hormuz में vessel incidents और Red Sea route पर बढ़ती security concerns हैं।
Saudi pipeline क्यों critical है
करीब 1,200-km East-West pipeline Saudi crude को Red Sea coast तक पहुंचाती है और Strait of Hormuz को bypass करने का प्रमुख विकल्प है। Pipeline temporarily shut होने से alternative export capacity पर pressure बढ़ा है।
Traders के मुताबिक अगर disruption लंबा चला, तो Saudi Arabia के Red Sea storage buffers सीमित समय तक ही exports maintain कर पाएंगे।
India के लिए सीधा असर
India large crude importer है। इसलिए oil price का sustained rise rupee, inflation, fuel costs, current account और corporate margins पर एक साथ असर डाल सकता है।
Market अभी केवल physical supply loss को price नहीं कर रहा, बल्कि geopolitical risk premium भी जोड़ रहा है। इसलिए diplomatic de-escalation और shipping security अगली price direction के लिए उतने ही important हैं जितना actual production।
