China का ‘Greater BRICS’ push: AI Open Source Zone, trade forum और integrated market का प्रस्ताव
Xi Jinping ने BRICS cooperation को AI, services trade, finance और supply chains तक गहरा करने के लिए नई initiatives announce कीं।
Chinese President Xi Jinping ने New Delhi BRICS Summit के closing phase में “Greater BRICS” cooperation को practical economic platform बनाने का प्रस्ताव रखा। उनका focus politics और security के साथ trade, finance, AI और supply chains पर था।
China ने कहा कि expanded BRICS को केवल diplomatic bloc नहीं, बल्कि integrated economic network की तरह develop करना चाहिए।
AI Open Source Zone क्या है
Xi ने China-led BRICS AI Open Source Zone बनाने की बात कही। Proposed platform large language models, AI training, open-source ecosystems और member-country collaboration पर काम कर सकता है।
China ने 2027 में BRICS Service Trade Forum और Special Economic Zone partnership initiative का भी प्रस्ताव रखा।
Supply chains पर भी जोर
Xi ने industrial और supply chains की stability को strategic priority बताया। West Asia conflict, tariff barriers और technology restrictions ने global supply networks को ज्यादा fragmented बनाया है।
यह initiative अभी implementation stage पर नहीं है। Member countries को governance, data rules, cyber-security, IP rights और market access पर अलग-अलग agreements बनाने होंगे। इसलिए headline “single BRICS AI market” से ज्यादा सही framing यह है कि China ने cooperation architecture expand करने का प्रस्ताव रखा है।
