Policy challenge को सिर्फ decoupling कहकर नहीं समझा जा सकता. India को capital goods, electronics components और clean-energy inputs तक access चाहिए, साथ ही strategic vulnerabilities कम कर domestic manufacturing बढ़ानी है. इसके लिए diversification, domestic capability, investment screening और selective engagement का mix चाहिए.
