India BRICS Summit के आसपास high-level engagements में China के साथ technology imports पर restrictions और Indian firms के treatment का मुद्दा उठा सकता है. यह friction deep bilateral trade links और कई industrial supply chains में Chinese components पर India की dependence के बावजूद बनी हुई है.
Policy challenge को सिर्फ decoupling कहकर नहीं समझा जा सकता.
