Strategic issue केवल speed नहीं है. Telecom standards equipment ecosystems, cybersecurity requirements, patent royalties और foreign vendors पर dependence को प्रभावित करते हैं. जो countries standards लिखने में हिस्सा लेते हैं, उन्हें commercial और security दोनों तरह के फायदे मिल सकते हैं.
एक factual caution जरूरी है: अक्सर cited 10% figure India की 6G standards और patents में contribution का policy target है, achieved share नहीं. 6G अभी pre-commercial development और standardisation phase में है.
