Partnership broader infrastructure model दिखाती है: near-universal geographic presence वाला public network shared last-mile capacity बन सकता है, जबकि private operator technology, aggregation, customer acquisition या upstream logistics ला सकता है। Outcome service standards, tracking integration, liability, pricing और operational coordination पर निर्भर होगा।
