Raghav Chadha voter-roll dispute दिखाता है कि SIR, residence shift और Form 6 कैसे collide कर सकते हैं

Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha का नाम Punjab की draft Special Intensive Revision roll से हटने के बाद Delhi electoral roll में फिर दिखाई दिया. AAP ने irregularity का allegation लगाया, जबकि Chadha ने कहा कि उन्होंने available legal remedies use कीं; Delhi election officials ने Form 6 applications process होने की बात कही.

UPSC के लिए useful angle party dispute नहीं, administrative procedure है. Electoral rolls ordinary residence से linked होते हैं और enrolment, deletion तथा transfer statutory forms, verification और claims-and-objections process से गुजरते हैं. Accurate rolls को duplicates remove करने के साथ wrongful exclusion से safeguards भी देने होते हैं.
